Join the call to Make Polluters Pay

Big Oil CEOs are raking in billions while we pay to rebuild after every climate disaster. The companies driving the climate crisis like Exxon, Shell, and Chevron should pay to clean up climate damages and pollution, and states and cities are beginning to hold them accountable.

But fossil fueled fascists are looking for a way out of paying for the climate chaos they created. And they’re leaning on convicted felon Donald Trump and his MAGA minions in Congress to help themJoin us for a Make Polluters Pay Mass Organizing call to get all the details and updates.

We’re a part of the Make Polluters Pay campaign. More than 10 states across the country are already fighting to create Climate Superfunds that would make fossil fuel companies and polluters pay for climate chaos, local impacts, and adaptation. These laws can take money from polluters and use it to fund the infrastructure we need to protect our communities and climate. This policy is popular, effective, and it’s spreading.

New York and Vermont have already passed Climate Superfund Bills that make polluters pay. States like California, Maryland, New Jersey, and more are considering similar laws this year.

Fossil fueled fascists are scared, and angry at being held accountable. They are gearing up to fight back – starting with asking convicted felon and fossil fueled fascist Trump and his MAGA minions to pass legislation and enact executive orders saying that states and cities cannot sue the fossil fuel industry for damages. They want to make the climate criminals immune to prosecution – just like they tried to do with Trump’s imperial presidency. So we’re building the movement to make polluters pay.

Join us on March 13th at 5:00pm PT / 8:00pm ET to support the effort to make polluters pay!
